Our honey is sourced by our bees from locations which are primarily around the Southern Tablelands of NSW, Australia. Rather than continually move our bees, we like to find them locations which provide good food sources all year round. Typical varieties of nectar that our bees will forage on are Yellow Box, Red Gum, Stringy Bark and Mountain Ash. Our honey is not heat treated during the extraction process, ensuring that pollens and microbiological ingredients are not harmed.
